What You Will Do

• Responsible for sales and marketing activities in assigned territory
• Handling Dealer and distributor Network in assign Area/ Zone
• Responsible for selling in govt.projects and business development.
• Planning & Achieving Revenue Targets.
• Responsible for handling sales team.
• handling team of 5 to 10 peoples.
• Should Have Done Business/ Have Strong Relationships with a) Government Sector b) Health Department c) Different Agriculture Boards ( Rubber Board/Sugarcane Board, etc) d) Pesticide Company e) Seed Companies
• Succession Planning-Ensure Development of Team Members who can grow into the next level
• Making & Analyzing MIS Reports & keeping Management Updated of the same
• Training & Development of Team members to make them achieve their targets.
