What You Will Do
Roles and Responsibilities
- Own the organisation vision and develop high quality business development strategies to establish and grow the brand in untapped markets across India by increasing contributions from the Modern Trade
- Identifying institutional buyers, local buyers and conducting buyer seller meets
- Maintain information regarding commodity-wise produce of our farmers, market prices and trends on daily basis
- Seek and partner with retailers, enable them to procure fruits / vegetables from our farmers
- Ensuring data collection and entry into MIS for monitoring and reviews.
- Build strong connections with Category Buyer/Manager at premium Modern Trade Outlets.
- Establishing comprehensive geographic coverage in the country
- Establishing new potential retailer points for the company
- Facilitating in liquidation of Suppliers stocks.
- Demand Forecasting to help chalking future strategies
Skills & Experience
- MBA / PGDBM / Agribusiness Management from a reputed Institute.
- 3-5 years of experience in F&V sector (fruits & vegetables)
- Experience in product management (managing forecasting, availability, listing, merchandising, pricing and 100% order fulfilment) across MT
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels
- The inclination to use technology as a tool for all service offerings
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and constantly growing environment
- Startup experience is a plus
